Description
The 18" diameter x 60" long nylon windsock is the 5 ft version of the FAA size 1 aviation size windsock. It is the preferred size for use on airport runways, airstrips, hospital helipads, chemical plants and oil rigs.
Our windsocks are made in the USA to FAA specifications using the highest quality materials available. The throat and tail of each 18" windsock is reinforced with a triple hemmed band of white cotton duck fabric for additional durability. windsocks are sewn with UV resistant, bonded, polyester thread for enhanced durability. All windsocks are fitted with weather resistant #2 brass grommets for easy attachment to the frame. This windsock is fabricated from water resistant, high density polyurethane coated nylon fabric.

Standard Nylon Windsock
Great product with triple stitching along the attachment point and the end of the sock. Incredibly speedy shipping showed up in 1 day after order. Comes with zip ties in a vibrant orange - Gorgeous!!

Longest lasting windsock out there
This is my 2nd windsock from Lone Star Windsocks. The first one has been in the harsh Texas Panhandle weather for a year and a half. That is longer than any other brand I’ve ever owned so that is why I bought One just like it again. You can’t go wrong with the quality of these windsocks plus they are at a fair price and free shipping!
